The hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Honestly some of the best rooms for your money in Beckley. The employees were helpful and friendly albeit one of the girls was kinda weird and cussing a lot.
Love this place. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Breakfast was amazing. Only issue is the beds are very high, someone that has mobility issues or is short may have problems getting in to bed.
Was super clean and great beds! Was skeptical when I saw the price, but decided to take a chance and I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely will be back!
Good hotel , rooms were renovated and were very clean . It's quite close to the New River Gorge National park . The coffee maker and juice dispenser at the breakfast area weren't working, but overall had many food options .
Rooms were small, a bit worn but very clean and neatly maintained. Staff is Extremely helpful and courteous! A solid option for an overnight while traveling the highway. No pets and free water bottles:) They could use more luggage carts. They only have 2 for the entire place.
Needed a safe, clean place to stay while driving back to Ohio from North Carolina. This checked ALL those boxes and the price was reasonable. Very updated and modern bedding, lighting and TV. Friendly staff. Didn’t use the gym, but was able to fill my water bottle there. They also offered lemon water in the lobby. Breakfast was good - had eggs and sausage. Location right off the exit along with other hotels and restaurants. Would stay again!
My husband and I preferentially stay at Comfort Inn Beckley WV when traveling. Staff is wonderful. Freya is such an asset at the front desk. We've watched her interact with difficult guests. She's never flustered. Always smiling. We'll return. Very kind young woman
